Manager Gaucho’s Fire Restaurant Gaucho’s Fire Group I arrived in Indianapolis in 2021 and started working at Gaucho’s Fire days after arriving in the city. Being part of the Gauchos Fire team has been a unique experience that has helped me grow personally and professionally, I continue in the process of learning day after day. After almost three years working with this team, I only have words of gratitude for all the experiences I have had and the opportunities it has given me. I identify with the company because of our common goals of providing a great service, the idea of continuing to grow, and always offering the best of ourselves. At Gauchos I have found more than a job, each of the people I have worked with and continue to work with have become my family. The support we give each other makes this job feel more special, and that is one of the reasons why I am still linked to the company. I hope that everyone who visits our new restaurant can get the best experience of our classic flavors and the new dishes that we have added to our menu. I am very excited to be able to serve our regular customers and people who don’t know us yet, I want to invite them to come and try our delicious food full of really good flavors. My personal recommendation is the Picanha (Top Sirloin) which is our best-seller dish and my favorite too. I love Indianapolis. This city captivated me mainly because of the kindness of the people who live here, and because of the peace and tranquility that I feel; It is unmatched.
Manager Gaucho’s Fire Group I arrived in Indiana on January 28, 2022 I started working at Gaucho’s Fire in July 2022. and since July 2023, I have been promoted to Manager at Sal & Pimenta I like my job. I feel that our work environment is very good since we all have good communication and we are like a family, where we always support each other and strive to help everyone to grow. In this job, we are constantly learning and improving. We all contribute our grain of sand to provide good service and ensure that our customers leave satisfied with our food. At Sal & Pimenta, we have a variety of dishes that will indulge your palate. My favorite dish is Picanha (top sirloin). You have to try it. Our establishments are very well located in the garage. The garage is a very pleasant place, with a diversity of foods, which makes this place attractive to visit and enjoy with family or friends.
Gauchos Fire, is a company based in Indianapolis, Indiana created to bring the Brazilian flavors, culture, and tradition to the Hoosier land. Gauchos Fire food truck and restaurant is the dream and realization of two immigrants: Rogerio Tregnago (from Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil) and his wife Ruby Tregnago (from Bogota, Colombia). Rogerio loves to share his gaucho traditions and his love for a good piece of beef (churrasco).
Rogerio has live in Indianapolis for more than 10 years and he has brought his experience from the restaurant business to their mobile cuisine and now to their brick and mortar, where he can delight people with some of the most popular Brazilian specialties.
