I arrived in Indianapolis in 2021 and started working at Gaucho’s Fire days after arriving in the city.
Being part of the Gauchos Fire team has been a unique experience that has helped me grow personally and professionally, I continue in the process of learning day after day. After almost three years working with this team, I only have words of gratitude for all the experiences I have had and the opportunities it has given me. I identify with the company because of our common goals of providing a great service, the idea of continuing to grow, and always offering the best of ourselves.
At Gauchos I have found more than a job, each of the people I have worked with and continue to work with have become my family. The support we give each other makes this job feel more special, and that is one of the reasons why I am still linked to the company.
I hope that everyone who visits our new restaurant can get the best experience of our classic flavors and the new dishes that we have added to our menu. I am very excited to be able to serve our regular customers and people who don’t know us yet, I want to invite them to come and try our delicious food full of really good flavors. My personal recommendation is the Picanha (Top Sirloin) which is our best-seller dish and my favorite too.
I love Indianapolis. This city captivated me mainly because of the kindness of the people who live here, and because of the peace and tranquility that I feel; It is unmatched.
